Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable with your Nature Theory Craft piece. If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@naturetheorycraft.com.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with the original packaging and all included items or gifts. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it carefully. If the item is confirmed to be in original, undamaged condition, we will process the refund within 2 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can help.
