To keep your piece at its best, please keep it away from water, perfume, alcohol, lotions, and harsh chemicals. For pieces that include organic materials such as freshwater pearls, please take extra care to avoid fragrance, alcohol, and chemical residue.

Put your jewelry on after perfume, skincare, or hair products have dried. Store it gently in a dry box or pouch, away from humidity, high heat, and long exposure to strong direct sunlight.

Please handle flower pieces gently and avoid bending, dropping, or pressing on the flower surface.

Sterling silver components may naturally oxidize over time. Pieces with sterling silver components include one polishing cloth for gentle care.

Because every piece is made with real flowers and botanicals, slight differences in shape, color, and placement are part of its natural beauty. Over time, subtle fading may occur depending on the flower, a gentle part of the natural aging of real botanical materials.
